Do some obese people have proper distribution of the weight that they can be considered “healthy obese”? Although traditionally it is thought that having proper distribution (lower body weight)of the weight among the obese offers less health risk compared upper body weight obesity, a recent study seems to indicate obesity is a risk even if you have normal distribution of weight!
